I hereby confirm my legal authority to have my individual details and information displayed on the MAD B Communication CC website with transfer payment of the annual registration fee.

I hereby agree to provide MAD B Communication CC website with my completed and finalized content information prior to the creation of my segment on the MAD B Communication CC website.

Any alterations and/or editing requests received by me the client after the final design development agreement of my individual website information inclusion to the MAD B Communication CC website has commenced thus affecting the description will be subject to additional charges to myself.

Any subsequent alterations to MAD B Communication’s CC website is subject to the initial publishing of your individual information and will be charged at a rate of R100.00 per alteration (inclusive).

Payment to be settled within 30 days of invoice. No individual alterations will be executed should my account reflect an outstanding balance to the MAD B Communication CC website.

MAD B Communication CC website reserves the right not to publish or display my individual information supplied in the event of any inaccuracies.

MAD B Communication CC website reserves the right without consultation or explanation to refuse a subscription or renewal.

MAD B Communication CC website requires SEVEN DAYS written notice should I decide to cancel OR postpone the inclusion of my individual information on the MAD B Communication website.

MAD B Communication CC website requires written notification to cancel my subscription within SEVEN DAYS.

MAD B Communication CC website requires written notification of any changes in my individual details &/OR change(s) of my individual ownership. This notification may not result in any editing alterations made to the content of my individual website details unless requested and subject to payment as detailed above.

I hereby agree to indemnify MAD B Communication CC website against any expense, liability, claim or loss resulting from any claims arising out of the publication and display of your website.

MAD B Communication CC website does not assure that emails generated from their website are free of errors, virus attachments, interception or interference.

MAD B Communication CC website will not be held liable for non-delivery of services via their website.

MAD B Communication CC website requires a separate written application for each individual and /or additional listing.
